Home Members Meeting Minutes, Updates & Alerts



Please understand that following all meetings, it may take the TBW anywhere from a couple of days, up to a week to add new members into the system and to prepare the meeting minutes for that meeting.

Why is this?

  1. After each meeting we have to make sure that all new members are added into the TBW address book and that they are set up to receive email updates. 
  2. We record everyone's attendance and tally the number of individuals present. 
  3. We combine all notes and questions that came up prior to, during and after the meeting to make sure we answer everyone's questions.
  4. Then we get to sit down and start recording the TBW meeting minutes, which is almost like writing a 5 page book report!
