Please understand that following all meetings, it may take the TBW anywhere from a couple of days, up to a week to add new members into the system and to prepare the meeting minutes for that meeting.
Why is this? - After each meeting we have to make sure that all new members are added into the TBW address book and that they are set up to receive email updates.
- We record everyone's attendance and tally the number of individuals present.
- We combine all notes and questions that came up prior to, during and after the meeting to make sure we answer everyone's questions.
- Then we get to sit down and start recording the TBW meeting minutes, which is almost like writing a 5 page book report!
